INSTRUCTIONS
In addition to printing the pictures, you can also copy a picture and paste it into your computer's painting program (like Paint) and color the picture there.

How to Copy and Paste my pictures into your Painting Program for your child to color.

If you are running Internet Explorer under Windows:
  • Click on a picture.
  • Press and hold the right mouse button down on the picture (a pop-up menu will appear).
  • Choose "Copy." You now have the picture in the computer's temporary memory.
  • Open your painting program and choose "Paste" on the Edit menu, and the picture will open in your paint program.
  • Save your new document, then let your child paint the picture.
If you are using a Macintosh computer:
  • Click on the Picture.
  • Press and hold the mouse button down on the picture (a pop-up menu will appear).
  • Choose "Copy this image." You now have the picture in the computer's temporary memory.
  • Open your painting program and choose "Paste" on the Edit menu and the picture will open in the window for painting.
  • Save your new document, then let your child paint the picture
If you are using a non-Macintosh computer (Windows or Linux) and Netscape:
  • Click on the picture
  • Press and hold the right mouse button down on the picture (a pop-up menu will appear).
  • Choose "Save this image;" and note where it is being saved. You now have the picture on your computer's hard drive

  • Go to the painting program and choose "Open" on the File menu, and open the file you just saved.
  • Choose "Paste" on the Edit menu (be sure you have the window opened), and the picture will appear as your painting document.
  • Save your new document.
